FOOTBALL SECURITY ADVICE

At Port Vale Football Club, our safety officials have been in close consultation with the police and other relevant authorities to ensure that necessary security arrangements are in place at ValePark.

The safety of supporters is our top priority and in the light of current circumstances additional safety measures such as increased bag searches are being implemented.

We also have the following advice for supporters to enable them to enjoy their match day to the full:

? Increased security may mean it takes longer than normal to enter the ground. Please try to arrive a few minutes earlier than normal.

? Where possible, please avoid taking bags into the stadium as increased searches will be in place. If you are asked to be searched, please co-operate and help our stewards to process your entry to the ground as quickly as possible.

? Keep all items and belongings with you at all times, even when leaving your seat at half time.

? Please remain vigilant at all times. Any suspicious activity should be reported immediately to a steward or police officer.
